New Hire/Trainee
Pay Rate: $17.00

Description

Every new Team Member receives extensive training from a Certified Trainer to prepare them to successfully carry our their expected tasks.

Requirements

  • Orientation

  • Sexual Harassment Training

  • Food Handler Certification

  • Pathway/On the job training

    • Front of House & Back of House 2 weeks

  • 2 Week Survey & 6 Week Survey

Team Member
Pay Rate: $17.00

Description

The role of the Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience via Back of House (Excellent food) and/or Front of House (Customer interactions). A Team Member has received proper training in their role and should be able to carry out all expected tasks of each position within their area. A Team Member should also align with our Core Values.

Front of House Certified Trainer
Pay Rate: $18.00

Description

A Front of House Certified Trainer is expected to demonstrate strong character and integrity beyond just the functional skill of a team member. Certified Trainers act as a role model for new hires, introducing them to the culture of Chick-fil-A and training them in all positions within their area. 

Requirements

  • Complete Certified Trainer Application

  • Leadership team submits character evaluation 

  • Interview with the Director of Training

  • Complete Certified Trainer Knowledge & Skills test

  • DISC Assessment

  • Weekly Meetings 

  • Monthly 1:1 Coaching with a Director

  • Read QBQ & Complete Test

  • Read 2 Books a year that the Director of Training choses

Back of House Certified Trainer
Pay Rate: $18.00

Description

A Back of House Certified Trainer is expected to demonstrate strong character and integrity beyond just the functional skill of a team member. Certified Trainers act as a role model for new hires, introducing them to the culture of Chick-fil-A and training them in all positions within their area. 

Requirements

  • Complete Certified Trainer Application

  • Leadership team submits character evaluation

  • Interview with the Director of Training

  • Complete Certified Trainer Knowledge & Skills test

  • Complete test to demonstrate proficiency on 8 Levels

  • Mock training for each of the 8 Levels with an Executive or Director

  • DISC Assessment

  • Weekly Meetings

  • Monthly 1:1 Development Coaching with a Director

  • Read QBQ & Complete Test

  • Read 2 Books a year that the Director of Training choses

Front of House/Back of House Supervisor
Pay Rate: $21.00

Description

A Supervisor is capable of delegating and leading others effectively. A supervisor must be able to identify areas of concern and use aces in their places. A supervisor must be able to mitigate and de-escalate customer or employee disputes. A supervisor must be able to properly manage a shift and ensure profitability and efficiency in the daily operations of the business needs.

  • Weekly Meetings

Director
Pay Rate: $24.00

Description

Directors are part of the senior leadership for the organization. Directors serve in operations, training, or HR. Directors manage the staff in their area of the business ensuring staff, customers, and business needs are met. Directors exhibit high emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities.

  • Interview with the Executive team

  • Complete Director Knowledge & Skills Test

  • DISC Assessment

  • Weekly Meeting setting commitments with Executive Leader of Operations & Executive Leader of Human Resource

  • Weekly 1:1 Development Coaching with Executive Leader of Human Resource

  • Read 2 books a year that the Executives choose
